About the role

Noodles & Company is seeking Shift Managers to lead and support their teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves managing shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members during busy shifts and peak hours.
  • Support and coach team members to improve performance and morale.
  • Delegating responsibilities to ensure efficient service and strong results.
  • Setting up the next shift for success and recognizing team members for their contributions.
  • Communicating clearly with the team and addressing issues promptly.
  • Maintaining food safety, quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 55 pounds.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership or management experience (preferred).
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
  • Ability to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency.
  • Physical requirements including standing for long periods, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications.
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

USD $18.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
