Shift Manager - Franchise - California Drive Thru (California, MD)

About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant during their shift, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Supervises and trains restaurant employees, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including food safety and health regulations.
• Oversees the preparation and presentation of food items to meet quality standards.
• Manages inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.

Requirements

• Motivated and service-oriented individual with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.
