The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader!

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant employees during their shifts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Assist in managing the restaurant's operations to meet business goals.
• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license required for driving responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
