About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests during their visit.
• Supervises restaurant employees to ensure they provide exceptional service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manages inventory levels and food preparation to meet demand.
• Oversees the opening and closing of the restaurant to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
