Shift Manager-Franchise - 3241 - Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)

About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide exceptional service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Support the Assistant Manager or General Manager in planning and executing special events and promotions.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicles.

• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment is preferred.
