About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
• Supervise restaurant employees to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to company policies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels and food preparation to meet demand
• Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
