About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Supervises restaurant employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory levels and food preparation to meet demand.
• Oversees the opening and closing of the restaurant to ensure a smooth operation.
• Communicates with the management team to report on shifts and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
