About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift
• Act as the "Every Shift" Leader, managing the restaurant staff effectively
• Supervise and train restaurant employees
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
• Conduct daily operations to meet operational goals
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and improve restaurant performance

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
