About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for guests and employees during their shift.
• Supervises restaurant employees, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory levels and food preparation to meet operational needs.
• Handles customer complaints and escalates issues to management as necessary.
• Supports the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

• Motivated, service-oriented employee with a high school education or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
