About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Supervise and train restaurant employees to ensure they meet company standards
• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages
• Manage inventory levels and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Contribute to the achievement of sales and profit goals

Requirements

• A high school education or GED
• A valid driver's license

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
