About the role

The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each shift
• Supervise restaurant employees
• Aid in training new employees
• Manage inventory and food preparation
• Handle cash transactions and manage cash drawer
• Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Motivated and service-oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
