Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Making sure targets are met during shifts
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals
• Ensuring food safety
• Managing inventory
• Maintaining daily cleanliness
• Managing crew
• Ensuring quality food production
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Ensuring safety and security
• Scheduling
• Training

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a management or leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of McDonald’s standards and procedures
