Responsibilities
- Planning for each shift
- Making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Making sure targets are met during shifts
- Helping assigned Departments meet their goals
- Ensuring food safety
- Managing inventory
- Maintaining daily cleanliness
- Managing crew
- Ensuring quality food production
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring safety and security
- Scheduling
- Training
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of McDonald’s standards and procedures
