Shift Manager
What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations and support your team throughout each shift.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience and quickly resolve customer concerns.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve success.
- Complete daily paperwork, inventory, and operational reports.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
