Shift Manager $20.15-$25.75 an hour

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for employment matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Monitor performance and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during their shift and assist in meeting department goals.

Requirements

• Must maintain reliable, dependable, and predictable attendance.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous management experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

The pay range for certified managers is $20.15-$25.75 per hour.
