About the role

The job involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee the team and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning for each shift
• Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for the next shift
• Maintaining reliability and dependability
• Ensuring food safety
• Managing inventory and daily maintenance
• Monitoring customer service and cleanliness
• Training new employees
• Meeting departmental targets

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications

Must maintain reliable, dependable, and predictable attendance.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
