About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Take action to address any issues that arise during the shift.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Help assigned departments achieve their goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed.
• Train new employees and assist in developing their skills.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee safety and security measures.
• Schedule staff and manage their availability.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify for management positions.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on the needs of the restaurant and the individual's availability. Applicants should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
