About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory levels and daily maintenance.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their responsibilities.
• Meet and exceed departmental targets.
• Handle food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Manage crew and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Oversee safety and security protocols.
• Schedule staff and manage staffing needs.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Age 18 or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with restaurant management software are beneficial.
