About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication between shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee safety and security measures.
• Communicate effectively with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet and exceed shift targets.
• Support departmental goals by assisting with inventory management, daily maintenance, and crew training.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, and staff schedules.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.

Qualifications
