Job Summary
The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.
About the role
Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

- Manage team and inventory
- Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
- Experience creating a great place to work for your team
- Passion for serving amazing food with a big smile
- Honesty, energy, motivation, and fun personality
- Setting high standards for self and team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus.
