About the role

Team Member at a tropical smoothie café, supporting daily operations, training, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory management, training, and development of staff.
• Support hiring, staffing, and onboarding processes, focusing on under-staffed locations.
• Implement and uphold brand standards through coaching and training.
• Ensure each station operates according to café standards and deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Support new software rollouts and training initiatives.
• Engage with team members, customers, and vendors, embodying core values.
• Utilize tools to manage labor, inventory, and operational goals.
• Perform additional tasks necessary for smooth café operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and able to learn new software.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, remain positive, and deliver outstanding customer service.
