About the role

We are seeking a Shift Leader to lead the team and ensure smooth operations in a vibrant café environment.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring crew members to deliver exceptional hospitality and maintain high energy
• Ensuring the quality of food and beverages, from smoothies to food items, meets standards
• Handling operational duties such as opening/closing procedures, cash balancing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space
• Resolving guest inquiries and addressing operational issues with a calm, solution-oriented attitude

• Outgoing, personable, and able to naturally engage customers and team members
• Multitaskers capable of preparing, blending, and leading simultaneously
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about healthy eating and positive guest experiences
