Shift Leader - Part Time

Role Overview: This position involves supporting the daily operations of a tropical-themed café by leading staff training, ensuring brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist in inventory management and staff training programs.Support hiring, staffing, and onboarding efforts, especially for understaffed locations.Facilitate training on new software and ensure team members are proficient in their roles.Coach and develop team members during shifts to uphold brand standards.Interact with customers, staff, and vendors, embodying core values of hospitality and integrity.Ensure operational excellence at all stations, completing required training programs.Utilize tools like MyInventory for labor management and inventory control.Perform additional duties to ensure smooth café operations. Qualifications & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong management, supervisory, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and aptitude for learning new software.Mathematical and analytical skills for inventory and labor management.Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and ability to multi-task under stress.
