Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, top-tier service that makes guests feel at home, handling questions and requests to create unforgettable stays.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with guests and team members to keep operations flowing smoothly.
- Solve challenges quickly and effectively, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
- Multitask with precision, managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details while maintaining organization.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
