Responsibilities
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free.
- Handle reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels like a priority.
- Oversee daily operations, including tracking logs, managing messages and packages, and ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and speed.
- Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while delivering great value to guests.
- Lead, train, and build a strong, communicative team, addressing guest concerns or workplace challenges with confidence and creativity.
- Maintain safety and service standards at all times.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
