As the Front Desk Supervisor, you’re the heartbeat of hospitality—leading the charge to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free.
• Handle reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels like a priority.
• Oversee daily operations, including tracking logs, managing messages and packages, and ensuring professional and efficient service.
• Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while delivering great value to guests.
• Lead, train, and build a strong, communicative team, addressing guest concerns and workplace challenges with confidence and creativity.
• Maintain safety and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
