About the role

As the go-to host for a standout stay, you’ll provide warm welcomes, lively conversations, and instant solutions from arrival to departure. Share insider tips on the city’s best spots and local events, ensuring every guest feels at home. You’ll also support Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, make them feel at home, and offer recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit.
• Maintain a polished appearance by following uniform and grooming guidelines while meeting brand and safety standards.
• Support daily operations, assist in hiring and training team members, and foster excellent service and teamwork.
• Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.
• Oversee coffee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework is a plus.
• Hotel or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and objectivity.
• Comfortable with financial data and basic math.
