About the role
This posting is for two (2) 0.25 FCE positions. Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
Responsibilities
- Lecture on the themes of the course
- Prepare the syllabus and lectures
- Develop and administer grading, course assignments, tests and exams
- Mark and invigilate exams
- Hold regular office hours
- Serve as a tutor
- Supervise teaching assistants
Requirements
- PhD and/or substantial professional experience in an industry relevant to the course
- Demonstrated teaching experience in related disciplines and course topics

- Sessional Lecturer I: $4,998.74 (includes 4% vacation pay)
- Sessional Lecturer I – Long Term: $5,349.61 (includes 6% vacation pay)
- Sessional Lecturer II: $5,349.61 (includes 6% vacation pay)
- Sessional Lecturer II – Long Term: $5,476.98 (includes 6% vacation pay)
- Sessional Lecturer III: $5,476.98 (includes 6% vacation pay)
- Sessional Lecturer III – Long Term: $5,614.45 (includes 6% vacation pay)
