Services Business Manager

Job Grade 4, Tier 3 – Career Area: Services. Supervisory role based on-site at HQ (Dallas, Texas/Exchange Location). Remote/telework not authorized; PCS authorized for eligible associates with varying relocation entitlements.

About the role

Manage and optimize concession, telecom, food, vending, and health & wellness programs and operations. Provide operational guidance, resolve service-related issues, and ensure compliance with corporate and local policies to maintain high customer-experience and business-performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concession, telecom, food, vending, and health & wellness programs; identify new business opportunities and lead development of special events (fairs, bazaars).
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Administer concession contracts to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
• Manage multiple restaurant concession agreements, aligning with contract provisions, name-brand fast-food (NBFF) guidelines, and Exchange standards.
• Provide financial oversight, including daily revenue reconciliation and fixed asset management.
• Conduct market trend analysis, prepare financial and performance metrics, monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability to support strategic decision-making.
• Act as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for administration and oversight of Exchange agreements; may handle contract development and/or negotiation in accordance with Exchange objectives and policies.
• Offer guidance and resolutions to maintain effective services operations that drive customer experience and meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures, upholding the highest customer-experience standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in retail, food, or services operations with at least one year managing and/or overseeing services, vendor, or concession operations, or a Bachelor’s degree and three years of such experience.
• General administrative experience with knowledge of common business concepts and practices.
• Successful completion of Services Business Manager (SBM) Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) training course within 7 days of placement.
• Completion of ServSafe training within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Work Challenges

Complete SBM curriculum in LEX within 6 months of assuming the position.

Pay

Minimum salary: $72,064.00.
