Business Services Manager
The University of California, Irvine is seeking a seasoned and experienced administrative operation professional to manage, plan, and administer the operations of Transportation and Distribution Services. Reporting to a director or a higher-level administrative operation manager, the position involves performing short- and long-term planning for the organization, supervising staff and students, and ensuring compliance with university rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience/training
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisory roles and managing administrative operations
- Strong skills in short-term planning, project management, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service
- Proficient in all software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and database applications
- Interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising, and counseling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the UCI campus and campus parking structures and lots
- Knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as strategic planning for special projects and community outreach, inventory management, accounting, and payroll
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and/or human resources policies and procedures for staff and academic employees

Total Compensation
The expected pay range for this recruitment is $73,900.00 - $103,800.00 (Annual).
