About the role
Our Client is seeking a Business Services Manager to strengthen its business-facing program delivery by managing assigned programs, overseeing post-close Impact Fund servicing and compliance, providing analytics and research support, and driving the development of emerging programs into organized, customer-focused service offerings. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused program manager who excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring disciplined execution, and transforming mission-aligned opportunities into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and growth of multiple business-facing programs, transforming emerging initiatives into organized, customer-focused service offerings while managing timelines, partnerships, and participant experiences.
- Oversee post-close Impact Fund servicing by ensuring borrower compliance, documentation, reporting, site visits, and follow-through to deliver a high-quality borrower experience and maintain program integrity.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business consulting, corporate expansion, and strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage entrepreneurship, youth, and small-business development programs by strengthening community partnerships, expanding participation, tracking outcomes, and driving continuous program improvement.
- Coordinate contributor engagement activities by managing stewardship processes, tracking engagement, preparing materials, and supporting leadership with organized follow-up that advances organizational mission and funding goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Economic Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience; experience in program management, business services, or community-based initiatives is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- Experience managing program operations, compliance, documentation, and process improvement with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and data analysis to support program management and decision-making.

Pay
Competitive compensation between $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience.
