Business Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid in the creation of business plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of other account managers to achieve contractual goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, business associations, and economic development agencies.
• Develop strategies for high-demand industries and job seeker development to meet business needs.
• Organize recruitment events with businesses.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with recruitment and retention services.
• Ensure the organization meets its employment placement goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in relevant field.
• Recent management experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong business/sales experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of business principles and practices.
• Proven ability to manage performance and results.
• Effective in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salary Range: $65k - $67k/Annually
