Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management
- Enhance custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions
- Support platform administration including incident resolution and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and alignment with standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience with 4 years focused on ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in senior developer or similar technical role on the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and scripting including automation and workflows
- Proficiency in JavaScript and relevant development tools
- Experience in analyzing requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
