About the role
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support RapidScale’s managed services and internal operations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules and APIs
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
