Senior ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom modules, workflows, and integrations for ServiceNow.
• Configure ServiceNow components to enhance platform functionality and usability.
• Build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications and modules to address unique organizational needs.
• Create and maintain automated workflows and streamline processes.
• Perform diagnostics, issue resolution, and platform upgrades while minimizing service disruptions.
• Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and custom applications.
• Provide support and training to end-users and administrators.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-9 years of professional experience managing and supporting enterprise-level ServiceNow environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, advanced scripting knowledge, Glide API expertise, and REST/Soap API creation.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or equivalent qualifications meeting CWF ID 621 requirements.
