Key Responsibilities
- Leverage ServiceNow OOTB modules and customization to deliver solutions, including migration of legacy applications to the enterprise platform.
- Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and platform capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions, working closely with SMEs and technical teams.
- Maintain and develop scoped applications, manage solution design, and support operational transition processes.
- Utilize modules such as CSM, S2P, APO, Integration Hub, Flows, Business Rules, Service Catalog, CMDB, and AI Agents.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7-10+ years of ServiceNow experience with a solid understanding of design patterns, architecture, data models, and core concepts.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS) and ServiceNow development tools.
- Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
- Experience with SDLC, solution testing, and implementation support.
- Effective communication skills across organizational levels and a customer-focused approach.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain a secret clearance required.
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
