ServiceNow Senior Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for IT service management
• Enhance applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow
• Gather requirements and deliver scalable platform improvements
• Support platform administration including troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and ensure solution quality
• Participate in code reviews and deployment activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years of professional experience
• US Citizenship required
• Strong development experience on the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, and automation
• Proficiency with JavaScript and development tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
