Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Development
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, Service Catalog, workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
- Build and maintain custom scoped applications using the ServiceNow App Engine
- Develop and enhance Service Catalog items, request workflows, approvals, and fulfillment processes
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and configuration gaps
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release impact analysis
- Azure Integration
- Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure using REST APIs, Webhooks, and IntegrationHub
- Integrate Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Alerts with ServiceNow ITOM / Event Management
- Configure MID Server-based secure connectivity where required
- Integrate Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for user, group, and role-based access workflows
- Develop automation workflows for Azure resource lifecycle management (intake, provisioning, change, decommission)
- Support cloud governance workflows across Azure subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, and policies
- Troubleshoot Azure integration failures and ensure secure authentication and authorization
