Job Description Position: ServiceNow Developer and Gen AI Architect Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Client: ServiceNow Visa acceptance: H1B, Citizen, GC, EAD Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer and Gen AI Architect to lead and drive customer outcomes and roadmap alignment for GenAI technology. This role is critical to delivering ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities and acting as a trusted technical advisor to maximize customer value. In this role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects to solve intricate customer issues, leveraging your expertise in AI and ServiceNow technologies. You will play a key role in designing and deploying scalable backend services, enhancing system architecture, and integrating AI/ML capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, adhering to industry best practices. Translate functional and technical requirements into actionable implementation stories. Drive the development of scalable backend services impacting AI-related products. Design, implement, and maintain efficient and reusable Python code. Architect and develop secure, high-performance AI-driven solutions. Integrate AI/ML capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Lead MLOps process improvements within the team. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best practices in coding and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and ML engineers, to deploy features. Deploy cloud-based solutions using cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, GCP, AWS). Debug and troubleshoot software defects and enhance system performance and maintainability. Drive technical direction and alignment with business objectives, ensuring secure and compliant solutions. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the Python ecosystem and software development trends. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technology advisory role with expertise in AI, machine learning, statistical systems, or big data. Preferred experience deploying GenAI solutions. ServiceNow Expertise: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and other ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desired, with at least 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience. Technical Proficiency 8+ years of experience in building solutions on complex, cloud-native products and platforms. Strong foundation in design patterns, integration patterns, and data modeling principles. Expertise in microservices architecture, scalable backend systems, and API development. Proficient with web frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) and asynchronous programming (e.g., AsyncIO, Celery). Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, Redis, ElasticSearch). Proficiency with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP). Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, performance tuning, and system scalability. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset. Desirable Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and data science.
