Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

• Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application
• Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
• Carry out migration of the changes to production
• Aid with technical design and documentation

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development or administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

Bonus Points

• ITSM experience
• Custom application development experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance

Pay

• $97,300—$167,300 USD
