Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions supporting critical infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Configure and customize ITSM and ITOM capabilities, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Discovery and related processes.
- Develop workflows, integrations, automation, to improve operational resilience and service delivery.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
- Support compliance, audit, governance, and security requirements within highly regulated environments.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Change Management, and Incident Management
- Proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations (REST/SOAP), workflow automation, and scripting
- Experience developing solutions within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Telecommunications
- Understanding of ITIL processes, operational resilience, compliance, and audit controls
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
