Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of tickets ready for development and build capabilities that meet acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with analysts and customers to better understand requirements, intentions, and vision for functionality that may be unclear or are being groomed.
- Participate in all scrum team ceremonies, conducted during normal East Coast business hours.
- Interact with testers to better understand the nature of any defects found during a sprint.
- Support production applications and workflows with bug fixes as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 4+ years’ experience in software development
- 2+ years of experience developing applications in ServiceNow
- 2+ years of experience with Angular JavaScript
- Experience creating custom widgets in ServiceNow
- Experience building complex Flows in ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Experience with GraphQL schema, queries and mutations is preferred
- REST API experience preferred

- Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time looking at a computer screen
- Continuous verbal and written communication with others to exchange information
- Continuous repetitive movements that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

- Reasoning and Decision Making- Must continuously use logic to analyze and interpret information and prioritize
