Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with expertise to achieve quality outcomes
• Conduct code reviews and quality control checks as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity
• Debug and fix technical problems
• Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality
• Document code and application functionality
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proficiency with ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
• ServiceNow certifications
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
