• 5+ years of dedicated experience engineering and maintaining ServiceNow ecosystems, backed by a solid foundation in ITIL frameworks.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into technical reality using JavaScript, web services (REST/SOAP), and advanced database/form configuration.
• Solid grasp of role-based security structures, compliance auditing, and managing access rules within complex environments.
• Experience handling the full development lifecycle, from unit testing and deployment management to providing tier-level operations support.
