About the role
Join our team as a developer implementing ServiceNow for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.
Responsibilities
- Configure the ServiceNow ITSM application
- Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Carry out migration of the changes to production
- Aid with technical design and documentation
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with ServiceNow development
- Bonus points for:
- ITSM experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Security+ certification
- Custom application development experience
- HRSD experience
- CMDB experience
- ITOM experience
Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Pay
The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $117,400—$179,600 USD.
