ServiceNow Data Quality Analyst

MARS Solutions Group is looking for a IT Operations Data Analyst for a remote role. Our client is a (Technology/Financial Services) industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. We are looking for an IT Operations Data Analyst to support data quality, reporting, process improvement, and operational excellence across IT. This role will focus heavily on ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) data, ensuring configuration, asset, and application data is accurate, compliant, and actionable. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional IT teams. Key Responsibilities Establish and communicate best practices for identifying and improving IT data quality and operational processes.Maximize the value of ServiceNow ITOM by maintaining and improving the quality, accuracy, and consistency of IT operations data.Develop, maintain, and present dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making.Analyze IT data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.Conduct data evaluations to support compliance, service delivery, and operational efficiency.Research and analyze configuration, asset, application, and related IT data.Assist with investigating customer and operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations for resolution.Compile, analyze, and communicate findings to IT stakeholders and leadership.Prepare reports and assessments to evaluate programs, processes, and operational performance.Partner with internal teams to identify quality issues and drive continuous improvement.Manage multiple priorities independently while meeting established deadlines. Qualifications Experience in IT data analysis, reporting, data quality, or IT operations analysis.Experience working with ServiceNow, particularly ITOM, configuration, asset, or application data, is highly preferred.Strong experience with Excel, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.Understanding of data quality, quality assurance, process improvement, and compliance concepts.Experience compiling and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex issues.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.High level of computer proficiency, including Excel, presentation tools, word processing, databases, internet applications, and dashboard/reporting tools.
