About the role

We are seeking a diligent and experienced ServiceNow Analyst for a contract position within the Information Technology department of a leading practice/consultancy firm renowned for innovative solutions in the information technology space.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed systems testing to ensure optimal functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
• Work collaboratively with IT teams to identify and resolve systems issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on systems performance and testing outcomes.
• Assist in the development and updating of system documentation to support new and ongoing ServiceNow deployments.
• Provide training and support to users on new system features and functionalities.
