About the Role

Accenture's ServiceNow Business Group is seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Manager to join their team. This role will be accountable for delivering Industry Best Practice guidance and collaborating with customers to achieve their business outcomes using ServiceNow. The Business Process Consultant must be an excellent communicator, tactful diplomat, problem solver and out of the box thinker – with the ability to understand and respond to customer and business needs in rapidly changing business environment. The position requires a deep understanding of the business of the customer and the new system, features and functionality to identify and document all needed changes and adjustments required to enable business operation for users and processes which will interact with the system.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all process and design workshops for the project
  • Serve as a trusted advisor with the customer throughout the engagement
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes
  • Travel may be required for this role (varies from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience working in the ServiceNow platform
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement and re-engineering
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience developing requirements documentation, project artifacts, process documents and creating user stories
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree (in Business or IT related field preferred) or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification
  • Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional ServiceNow certifications
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written and presentation and facilitation skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Extensive experience in process management competencies
  • Agile Scrum Master certification
  • Demonstrated ability in consulting engagements providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems by focusing on providing options which identify the pros and cons of those options and the risks and impacts of each option

  • Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000
  • Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000
  • Maine: $80,400 to $196,000
  • Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000
  • Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000
  • New York: $87,400 to $266,300
  • New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300
  • Virginia: $87,400 to $245,000
  • Washington: $100,500 to $245,000
