For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (Manager) to join their team. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Analyze process data to identify trends and generate insights for decision-making
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues while proposing improvement solutions
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs for automation initiatives' impact measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define future state processes
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development
- Support project planning, coordinate activities, and manage deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, preferably with an Elite-level partner
- 6+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules as a business process consultant
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Professional badge required
- Agile 2.0 and Test Management 2.0 training and/or multiple micro-certifications

Pay
$145,000 – $170,000 annually
