ServiceNow Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define platform roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and enforce governance frameworks to reduce technical debt and ensure long-term scalability.
• Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine).
• Design robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and leverage ServiceNow AI features for process automation and decision-making.
• Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.
• Act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues; mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.
• (Preferred) ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified System Administrator (CSA), Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Pay

$110,000 - $140,000 a year
