ServiceNow Architect

About the role

A ServiceNow Architect with 10-15+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years specifically in ServiceNow. This individual leads end-to-end implementations, demonstrating strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB design and governance, discovery, service mapping, event management, cloud discovery (AWS, Azure), and development skills including coding standards and platform governance.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Designing and governing CMDB
• Managing discovery and service mapping, event management
• Integrating with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Collaborating with business stakeholders
• Upgrading ServiceNow platform

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM
• Experience with CMDB design and governance
• Good experience in discovery and service mapping, event management
• Experience with cloud discovery (AWS, Azure)
• Strong development skills with coding standards, platform governance
• Understanding of ACLs, Role-based Access, Data privacy & compliance standards
• Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, Service Graph Connectors
• Experience integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with AD
• Knowledge on AIOPS, Virtual Assistant(GenAI)
• Adequate knowledge on other modules such as GRC/IRM, HRSD

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science

Benefits

Competitive salary range of $120,000-$140,000 per year.
